)效發(fā)展理念和產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化發(fā)展的先行官,集團公司和各路段公司聚合力創(chuàng )建了冀交萬(wàn)里行平臺,緊鑼密鼓謀劃部署下一步發(fā)展,那么在實(shí)際操作中,我們應當如何適應當下大環(huán)境,會(huì )員制平臺發(fā)展又將面臨哪些問(wèn)題,我們又能做些什么?帶著(zhù)這些問(wèn)題,我進(jìn)行了本次會(huì style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">2019</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">年開(kāi)始啟動(dòng)京張高速會(huì )員制發(fā)展,在下花園服務(wù)區舉辦啟動(dòng)儀式,成為張家口市首家推廣會(huì )員制的高速公路。至</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">2021</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">年</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">11</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">月底,京張高速會(huì )員突破</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">6.5</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">萬(wàn)人次。</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">2021</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">年</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">7</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">月,集團公司整合資源,部署“冀交萬(wàn)里行”會(huì )員制發(fā)展工作并下達會(huì )員發(fā)展任務(wù),京張公司聞令而動(dòng),重新起航,線(xiàn)上線(xiàn)下,全員參與,僅用</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">11</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">天便完成了</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">34236</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">的會(huì )員任務(wù);截至</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">11</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">月</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">27</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">日,發(fā)展會(huì )員</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">43912</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">人次,并完成集團下達的年度車(chē)牌綁定任務(wù)數。今年以來(lái),公司開(kāi)展司乘滿(mǎn)意度調查,依托貨車(chē)</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">ETC</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">辦理、節假日延伸服務(wù)、專(zhuān)題調查宣傳等活動(dòng),持續拓展會(huì )員人數。同時(shí)積極洽談周邊旅行社、景區,利用新媒體平臺,錄制周邊景點(diǎn)宣傳視頻,以“暢行京張路,京郊好去處”為宣傳點(diǎn),印發(fā)宣傳單頁(yè),引導公眾出行,推動(dòng)會(huì )員制發(fā)展。</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">9</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">月,集團公司成立會(huì )員制建設領(lǐng)導小組,指導各路段公司深化會(huì )員制建設,相繼下發(fā)《會(huì )員制平臺開(kāi)發(fā)應用實(shí)施方案》、《冀交萬(wàn)里行會(huì )員商城運營(yíng)指南》、《冀交萬(wàn)里行會(huì )員特約商家招商指南》等相關(guān)文件,按照實(shí)施方案中責任分工及進(jìn)度要求表,京張公司完成組織動(dòng)員、運營(yíng)賬號開(kāi)設、產(chǎn)品發(fā)布、收費站宣傳展架和海報布設,車(chē)牌綁定、運營(yíng)推廣等相關(guān)工作。目前,京張高速運營(yíng)網(wǎng)店正式上線(xiàn),</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">20</span><span style="line-height:2;font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;">款特產(chǎn)、酒水類(lèi)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行在線(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售。</span><span></span>
